Payments

We accept PayPal and Credit Cards (via PayPal) as payment. You do NOT need to have a PayPal account to pay by credit card. You may pay with a credit card without creating an account. Simply follow the PayPal instructions when you checkout! PayPal is a SAFE, SECURE and FAST way to pay for your Little Jade Lizard Studio artwork!

State sales tax for New Mexico residents' purchases are automatically added at checkout.

All prices are in United States Dollars.

Shipping of Etsy Purchases

Your handcrafted artwork will normally ship within three business days of receiving your payment. If there are any unforseen delays, we'll be sure to notify you as quickly as possible!

At this time, we ship ONLY to the 48 contiguous states of the USA via United States Postal Service (USPS) Parcel Post. When your item is shipped, a tracking number will be issued for each shipment and forwarded to your PayPal verified email address, and you may follow your package's progress through the USPS system. If you would like to PURCHASE INSURANCE, or to upgrade to PRIORITY or EXPRESS SHIPPING, please contact us BEFORE you make your purchase. Once your item is shipped, and your tracking number issued and forwarded, it becomes the sole responsibility of the USPS for timely and accurate delivery, and Little Jade Lizard Studio has no further control over the shipment. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the deliverability of the tracking number by providing a valid, accurate email address, and that spam blockers on the purchaser's computer are not preventing the delivery of the tracking number. If your package is damaged or lost by the USPS, the purchaser is to contact the USPS directly, and submit the provided tracking number to file a claim.

Returns and Refunds

Your satisfaction is guaranteed! If you're not happy with your item purchased from Etsy, please send it back for a full refund of your purchase price! (Shipping costs are not refundable.) Please RETAIN AND USE all original packing material for filing claims with the USPS, or for the return of a purchased item in order for the Return Policy to remain in effect. Otherwise, the Return Policy reverts to a "Returns Not Accepted" status. Please contact us within 7 (Seven) days of receiving your order for a returns procedure to qualify for a refund. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. For all other purchases from Zazzle, Spreadshirt or CafePress, contact them directly for instructions, as they each have their own return policies.
